vidmoa is run by one independent developer. Send a note to the address below and it will be read in order; anything fixable gets fixed. Replies usually take a few days, sometimes longer.
What helps most
- Which tool (e.g. Compress Video, Screen Recorder) and what went wrong, including where the progress stopped or any message the page showed.
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on Mac). For screen recording, also whether you shared a tab, a window or the entire screen.
- The file’s extension, length and size, and where it came from (e.g. a MOV shot on an iPhone). Please do not attach the video itself. The tools never send your files anywhere, and there is no need to email them either.

- A saved result that will not open in a particular app or player
- Wrong facts on a page, or awkward English or Spanish wording
